| Richard Hammond, President and Director of Operations, has over nine years of heavy legal recruitment and staffing experience in the placement of attorney, paralegal, legal secretary and litigation support professionals to many of the major law firm and legal corporate entities in the California market. Throughout his career, Richard has established key relationships within the legal community, including many local and national organizations and associations. He actively participates in several charitable events and continues to play an integral part in the growth and expansion of Rhumbline Legal Solutions and its sister companies. |

| Myra Mendizabal, Executive Vice President, began her legal career in 1995 as a paralegal. In 1998, she went on to work in the Human Resources industry as a regional recruitment specialist for a high-end national retailer responsible for recruiting all positions and handling many human resource functions for the company. In 2000, Myra returned to the legal industry as the Placement Director for a national staffing firm, having found the perfect marriage of two industries she enjoyed tremendously. She quickly developed strong relationships with both candidates and clients alike, placing candidates with major Los Angeles based law firms and corporate legal departments. In the fall of 2000, she partnered in the creation of Rhumbline Legal Solutions, where she continues to assist in all areas of placement and is visibly active in many local organizations. |

| Donald Moser, Vice President of Contract Staffing for the Los Angeles and West LA offices of Rhumbline Legal Solutions, possesses over 10 years of practical work experience as well as recruiting expertise in our local legal community. Upon graduating with a B.A. in History from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Don was employed full time as a litigation paralegal with Downey Brand, LLP in Sacramento, CA, for five years while juggling law school studies in the evenings. Upon receiving his Juris Doctorate degree in 1999, Don joined a prominent national legal staffing firm as an account executive and eventually was elevated to Division Director. Don assisted with the successful growth and established practice of this local office until joining Rhumbline Legal Solutions in October of 2003. |

David Pacheco, Esq., Direct Hire Recruitment Manager, received his J.D. from UCLA School of Law and graduated summa cum laude in the top 10% of his class from Northeastern University, where he received his B.A. and was formally recognized as a Distinguished Leader of the University for his community involvement and academic achievement. David possesses over 8 years of progressively responsible legal experience in Boston and Los Angeles law firms as a legal assistant, a law clerk, and an associate. Following his law practice as a labor & employment defense attorney, David joined and assisted in the development of a new legal division of an existing large national staffing company, where he gained invaluable experience in all facets of legal recruiting throughout LA County, including marketing and development, temporary and direct hire support staff placements, and direct hire executive attorney recruitment. David is committed to using sound judgment to make astute placements based on both a skills and personality fit. |

| Sammy Busby, Direct Hire Recruitment Manager, possesses 15 years experience in the legal field as a paralegal, recruiter, and human resources coordinator. Sammy attained his B.A. degree from Birmingham-Southern College in Alabama. Following graduation, Sammy was employed as a paralegal for the largest law firm in Mobile. Eventually, Sammy relocated to NYC and began working as a long-term contract paralegal at Chadbourne & Parke, then in the legal department of Metlife Insurance. Afterward, Sammy joined a national legal recruiting firm. He worked in their New York and Washington, DC offices, before relocating to Los Angeles. Prior to joining Rhumbline, Sammy worked for five years at Kirkland & Ellis in downtown LA: first as a paralegal, then as the Human Resources Coordinator. |

Previously, John had served as an attorney recruiter at both a national recruitment and staffing firm and at a prominent Westside boutique. John serves as Class Reporter ('96) for USC LAW magazine and is pleased to have placed several of his fellow alums into local top-tier practices. John is a native of Los Angeles, currently resides in Santa Monica, and is a lifetime member of the UCLA Alumni Association. Additionally, he enjoys competing in beach volleyball tournaments and playing basketball in the Landau Lawyers League. |

For the past two years, she practiced family law at a prominent Westside firm before joining Rhumbline Legal Solutions. Courtney is a native of Los Angeles and currently resides in Venice. |

Christine Mills, Direct Hire Recruitment Manager, possesses 10 years legal experience with Boston’s premier international law firms as a Legal Secretary, Paralegal and Executive Assistant. Christine left the legal field in 2000 for an opportunity to crew on a corporate sailboat that was beginning a 3 year circumnavigation around the globe. This opportunity eventually landed her in Los Angeles and in 2003, Christine returned to the legal field as an executive recruiter with one of LA’s top legal recruiting agencies. There, she greatly contributed to their successful growth, and gained invaluable experience in all facets of legal recruiting throughout Los Angeles County. | D’Valarie Travis-Taylor, Contract Manager, has acquired over 8 years of experience in the legal staffing industry. She began her legal recruiting career in 1998 after more than 4 years as a litigation Paralegal. D’Valarie began recruiting for one of the nation’s leaders in legal staffing and went on to become a Manager of Recruiting and Placement for a company that is recognized as the global leader in human resource solutions. Shortly thereafter, D’Valarie was promoted to the role of Branch Manager, ascending to the President’s Club for three consecutive years and consistently leading her office as the region's top producer for five consecutive years. She most recently served as Branch Manager for a national legal staffing firm’s Los Angeles office. She holds both an undergraduate degree and graduate degree from California State University - Northridge, and has a Paralegal Certificate from UCLA.

Pip Sehmi, Contract Manager, received his LLB Law Degree from the University of Luton, England in 2001. After graduating, Pip found employment at a large international finance house as an Account Manager, where he began his career in sales. He then went on to further success working for an international publishing house as a sales executive, specializing in commercial and domestic advertising, print and on-line. In the summer of 2005, while on vacation in Los Angeles, Pip met his now wife and in October of 2005, married and settled in Los Angeles. With his extensive sales experience, coupled with a legal education, Pip joined a multi-billion dollar international employment agency as a legal recruiter, placing legal professionals on a contract and contract to hire basis. In the spring of 2008, Pip joined Rhumbline Legal Solutions, where he will continue to cultivate existing relationships and forge new ones within the Los Angeles Legal community.
